These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of construction and remodeling services (“Services”) by Managed Renovations (“Contractor,” “we,” or “us”) to you (“Client” or “you”).

1. Scope of Services

Managed Renovations provides residential construction and remodeling services, including both interior and exterior projects, throughout Maryland.

2. Client Engagement

All projects require a signed written contract before work is scheduled.

A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required upon signing to secure your place in our construction calendar.

We follow a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for proposals, approvals, and project scope confirmation.

3. Promotional Offers – Design Services

Periodically, Managed Renovations may offer promotional design services to enhance the client experience.

If a design or rendering is provided as part of a promotional offer:

The design is complimentary only if the client proceeds to sign a construction agreement with Managed Renovations.

If the client chooses not to move forward with Managed Renovations after receiving the design, a design fee may apply to cover the cost of time and resources invested.

All designs remain the property of Managed Renovations until a construction agreement is signed, after which they may be included as part of the project deliverables.

Promotional offers are subject to change or cancellation at any time, and availability may depend on project scope, scheduling, and location.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules vary depending on project scope and timeline. Details will be included in your project agreement.

Late or non-payment will result in a pause of all work until the balance is resolved.

In the event of non-payment, Managed Renovations reserves the right to file a lien against the property in accordance with Maryland law.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We offer warranties on workmanship, up to 15 years depending on the nature and type of the project.

Material warranties may also be provided by the manufacturer.

Warranty terms will be specified in your project contract.

6. Limitations of Liability

Managed Renovations is not liable for:

Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

Delays caused by weather, client-supplied materials, or third-party vendors.

Project interruptions resulting from client non-compliance or changes made outside the scope of the signed agreement.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be addressed through mediation. If mediation fails, both parties may pursue further resolution under Maryland law.

8. Licensing and Insurance

Managed Renovations is:

Licensed, bonded, and insured in the Maryland.

Covered by general liability and workers’ compensation insurance.

9. Termination or Cancellation

Clients may cancel the project within 3 calendar days of signing the contract for a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made after the 3-day grace period do not guarantee a refund of the deposit.

Managed Renovations reserves the right to terminate any contract due to breach of agreement or non-payment.

10. Subcontractors

We may engage subcontractors for portions of your project. Clients will be notified if subcontractors are involved.

11. Privacy & Communications

Clients may contact Managed Renovations at .
Personal data collected (name, email, phone number, address) is used strictly for communication and project-related purposes, and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

Managed Renovations reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Maryland.
